And the finished bathroom!

Philip finished the bathroom a few weeks ago, maybe a day before we actually listed our house to sell! Our house listed last Thursday and we have a contract on it! We are praying everything goes smoothly with inspection and appraisal because we have a house we LOVE waiting for us. We had to put a contingent offer on the home, and are so thankful the owners have been so flexible and willing to wait for our home to sell. We know nothing is final yet so don't want to get our hopes up yet, but are hopeful everything will work out.
