Philip finished the bathroom a few weeks ago, maybe a day before we actually listed our house to sell! Our house listed last Thursday and we have a contract on it! We are praying everything goes smoothly with inspection and appraisal because we have a house we LOVE waiting for us. We had to put a contingent offer on the home, and are so thankful the owners have been so flexible and willing to wait for our home to sell. We know nothing is final yet so don't want to get our hopes up yet, but are hopeful everything will work out.

And the finished bathroom!

First of all, that bathroom is awesome!!! And secondly, congrats on selling your home quickly and finding a new one you love! I hope it all works out smoothly for you guys! We just bought a house in Canyon Creek, so soon we will be quasi-neighbors. We'll have to plan some play dates!
When can Phillip come update our small 1970s master bath? Seriously, it looks beautiful! Excited for you guys!
